Am I entitled to compensation?
If you have been involved in an accident in the last three years that wasn't your fault, you may be entitled to compensation. Perhaps at the time you thought the slight aches and pains that you suffered would go away in a few days and then felt embarrassed about complaining. If this accident was not your fault then why should you put up with a situation that was simply a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
How much would I be entitled to?
This depends on so many different factors and no two claims are the same. Our interactive guide may give you an indication but please call for a more detailed evaluation of your case.
Is it just personal injuries I can claim for?
No. Along with any pain and inconvenience you have suffered, you can claim for loss of earnings, damage to property and possessions and any other reasonable losses that you or someone else has incurred as a result of the accident.
Isn’t it quite a lot of time and effort to make a claim?
No. Our Legal partners (compensation solicitors) will make sure that the majority of the paperwork is completed for you. They explain things in a straightforward manner and once the initial forms are completed, they represent you from start to finish and deal with all the hassle on your behalf.
It really isn’t the daunting experience you may be expecting.
Doesn’t the claim process take years before I see any compensation?
We won’t lie to you. A small percentage of claims that are extremely serious and complex are naturally not straightforward and will take a longer than your average whiplash claim.
The majority of claims are settled within a few months and all interested parties tend to want claims to be settled in a timely and efficient manner.
Why doesn’t this cost me anything?
The Solicitor who will represent you will fund your case.
All the Solicitor’s costs are covered by an Insurance policy that will be taken out on your behalf.
You really will not be expected to pay a single penny and this will all be explained to you by your Solicitor and you will receive 100% of your compensation.
